We are excited to have the support of vendors at our show. The focus is on narrow gauge railroads. So, if you have products that modelers of narrow gauge are interested in purchasing come join us. Note our schedule which allows you to setup as early as Friday evening. Also we place the clinics in the vendor area to allow you to man your table and enjoy the presentations.
This is a “table style” show so each vendor receives one 8’ x 30” table and two chairs. Also included in your vendor registration are two passes to the show. Additional passes are available (see below) and as with regular registration spouses are free. If you need free standing space let us know. If you need additional tables or chairs they will be available at no charge, please pre-order them.
Telephone lines and hard-wired access to the internet are available but must be requested before you arrive(charges will apply). Wireless internet is available free of charge in the meeting area. AC extension cords and power-strips are available free of charge.
Placement of spaces will be made by the meet director. If you have a special need for your display email us and we will work with you.
Registration fee for vendors will be $20.00, with a deadline of January 6, 2011. After that date vendor registration will be $25.00. Additional passes are available for $10.00 each. We will accept cash, checks and money orders, and credit cards. Credit cards and online payments are taken via PayPal. NOTE you do not need a PayPal account to use the online payment feature.
